Job summary
We are looking for an IT Service Continuity Specialist who will help ensure that essential IT systems and services remain available during incidents and disruptions.In this role, you will assess risks, coordinate the preparation of recovery plans, and work with delivery teams to minimize downtime while strengthening IT Service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that IT resilience and continuity measures are in place across the whole organization.
- Ensure that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plans are developed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with business needs.
