Purpose Of The Role
We're on the lookout for a friendly, service-minded team members to be the welcoming face of our bakery. If you enjoy creating great experiences for customers and thrive in a warm, fast-paced environment — this could be the perfect fit

How You Will Contribute

• Warmly welcome guests and deliver attentive, high-quality service.
• Present the menu, highlight specials, and offer informed recommendations.
• Take and process dine-in and takeaway orders accurately.
• Serve beverages with care and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, well-presented service.
• Handle payments efficiently and accurately.
• Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized.
• Package takeaway and catering orders neatly and securely.
• Stay updated on new items and seasonal changes.
• Assist with events and catering pickups as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant environment.
• Great communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy periods.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
• Interest in or knowledge of pastries, bread, and beverages — and a desire to learn more.
• Comfortable handling payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organized, tidy, and proactive in keeping the service area looking its best.
• Proficiency in English is required; Estonian language skills are preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Bakery opening hours from Monday till Sunday: 07.00—19.00.
• Medical Certificate for food operators required.
• Minimum age requirement 21 years.

The Team By Your Side
At Maison François, you will be working with a team of 4 waitresses, 2 floor managers, and Bakery Manager, who will support your onboarding and training.

What can you expect during the hiring process?

The hiring process includes an initial online meeting with the Recruiter, an onsite meeting with the Bakery Manager, and, for some roles, a job shadowing or a paid trial shift.
