We create technology that brings joy simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world In we started with delivery of restaurant food Now we re building the delivery of almost everything and you ll find us in over cities in countries around the world Working at isn t always easy but it s definitely exciting Here you ll learn more build more and ship more than in most other companies You ll be challenged a lot but also have a lot of fun on the way As A M & L Lead will develop own and continuously improve our global AML fraud prevention framework acting as control owner for Transaction Monitoring Sanctions PEP Screening Customer Risk Scoring FIU reporting Fraud Prevention measures What You ll Be Doing Develop manage cross-functional initiatives to translate regulatory requirements into scalable customer-centric solutions Manage multiple projects priorities effectively Lead operational teams including training clear instructions oversight Foster strong compliance culture drive continuous improvement through daily support awareness programs Our humble expectations Education Bachelor Master degree Law Finance Business Administration related field Experience Financial Crime Prevention within financial services Payment E-Money Institution marketplace platform proven expertise framework design control ownership regulatory engagement Analytical organizational communication skills Ability work independently collaboratively fast-paced environment keeping relevant stakeholders aligned Professional fluency English required Finnish great plusQualifications
- Bachelor Master degree Law Finance Business Administration related field.
- 6+ years Financial Crime Prevention within financial services ideally Payment E-Money Institution marketplace payment platform proven expertise framework design control ownership regulatory engagement.
- Strong analytical organizational communication skills Ability work independently collaboratively fast-paced environment keeping relevant stakeholders aligned.
