Job summary
The role of a Technical Recruiter involves identifying technical requirements for jobs and developing job descriptions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates who are a perfect culture fit for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
- Parsing specialised skills to screen IT resumes
- Contact with hiring manager as well as interview tech professionals
- Crafting job offer letters
