    HR Operations Specialist – Finnish speaking

    As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be a member of the HR operations team in the ABB Service HUB in Ülemiste city, Tallinn, responsible for delivering HR operations services for Finland country.

    Your main role is to process Human Resource requests related to compensation and Payroll for Finland country.

    Your responsibilities

    • Execute and deliver HR services in compliance with agreed processes
    • Follow on agreed Key Performance Indicators and quality targets
    • Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding compensation and Payroll related topics and deliver support according to agreed level of performance
    • Support cross-collaboration between stakeholders

    Your background

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, previous experience in finance is beneficial
    • Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
    • Self-organized, process and detail oriented
    • Good level Finnish and English language skills
